The surface of the orange peel embossed aluminum sheet is coated with a dense, hard, colorless, and transparent oxide layer that can resist erosion from elements like wind, food, and natural gas. Through chemical treatments or anodization, the thickness of this oxide layer can be increased. Typically, the oxide layer's thickness ranges from 5 to 15 microns, significantly enhancing the corrosion resistance of the orange peel aluminum sheet. Moreover, the porous structure of the anodized film allows it to absorb dyes and heavy metal ions, enabling the sheet to be colored in a variety of attractive, UV-resistant hues.
